(一) 藝人淫照
今朝商台成朝討論此事，我沒有聽全部。但有以下感想：
陳冠希最令人反感，影完相留在laptop內，是否方便周圍揚被人睇？去整电腦時是否曾向店員講 ：內有正嘢？甚至展示？
亞嬌：照片被傳閱，是受害人。但佢以前值被偷拍換衫照乘機大造宣傳，聲淚俱下，依家講幾句就算？羊獸性是否可以繼續以佢為搖錢樹？
傳媒：最衰，乘機造大攞銷量。点解傳媒越來越變態？我諗有兩個原因：(1) 讀者下賤 ，不用我多解釋 (2) 廣告：這些報刋充斥著各種cheap 服飾、化妝品、減肥瘦身、旅行團、飲食集團的廣告。這些報刋 + 讀者 + 廣告 = 淫賤銷費經濟。
家長：是最大輸家，真係唔知点教仔女好。
網民：道德上絕對不應發放淫照，果個首先被捕者不應變了英雄或受害人。唔俾佢保釋嘅係法庭，唔係警務署。個一哥和黄X富 “了慶”網民，有志有能者應找一哥而不是以繼續發放淫照來回敬。
網上傳播只能靠自律，政府和法律管不了。
(二) 李國寶
傳媒掛住淫照，少談李國寶向美国證監交款和解。有点聲音，例如David Webb認為佢唔應再做行政會議成員，以免影响行政會議的公信力。但行政會議早幾年都有人故意漏料被大班在电台爆梁錦松偷步買車無申報喇，果個漏料人咪一样咁爽！

Classified
今日往荷里活道文武廟傍的Classified 吃Assorted火腿和腸作午餐，加個Green Salad，相當不錯的一間小館，閣樓有各種Cheese，第日至試。
文武廟排長龍，我便不入去了。
今個新年最開心就是昨晚明珠台連播 “After Sunrise” 和 “Before Sunset” 。我以前看過下集，今次上下集哂。但总覺得女主角的言行氣質似美國人多個法國人。

人 的 心 中 （ 思 想 上 ） 易 生 魔 障 ， 幾 乎 無 人 可 以 避 免 。 這 魔 障 ， 大 抵 是 由 慾 念 而 生 ， 一 經 發 生 ， 就 會 勢 不 可 擋 ， 蓬 勃 發 展 ， 為 之 費 盡 心 機 ， 化 盡 心 血 ， 成 為 人 生 目 標 ， 所 求 若 不 得 ， 輾 轉 反 側 ， 不 但 再 無 安 逸 ， 而 且 生 命 行 為 ， 俱 為 這 心 魔 操 控 ， 從 此 ， 人 已 只 剩 軀 殼 。 這 種 情 形 何 等 可 怕 ， 可 是 人 人 如 此 ， 卻 又 見 怪 不 怪 ， 認 為 理 所 當 然 ， 渾 渾 噩 噩 ， 就 此 了 卻 一 生 。 心 魔 既 然 由 自 己 心 中 產 生 ， 要 將 之 驅 除 ， 也 只 有 靠 自 己 ， 即 使 有 菩 薩 神 通 ， 當 頭 棒 喝 ， 若 不 是 自 己 幡 然 醒 悟 ， 一 樣 擺 脫 不 了 ， 心 魔 依 然 盤 踞 在 心 。 非 要 到 自 己 醒 悟 了 ， 心 魔 才 會 離 去 。 一 般 來 說 ， 人 在 童 年 、 少 年 、 青 年 、 中 年 時 期 ， 受 心 魔 控 制 的 情 況 嚴 重 ， 到 老 年 ， 有 機 會 （ 有 機 會 而 已 ） 可 以 擺 脫 ， 因 為 老 年 ， 慾 望 會 相 應 減 弱 ， 心 魔 力 量 ， 也 自 然 減 弱 。 這 只 是 理 論 上 如 此 。 理 論 上 ， 人 越 老 ， 就 智 慧 越 高 ， 自 然 能 夠 「 無 令 心 魔 自 起 深 孽 」 （ 「 楞 嚴 經 」 ） 。 而 事 實 卻 往 往 大 謬 不 然 ， 眼 見 許 多 老 人 ， 心 魔 旺 盛 ， 猶 在 青 壯 年 之 上 ， 構 成 奇 景 ， 嘆 為 觀 止 ， 才 知 理 論 是 理 論 ， 現 實 是 現 實 。 雖 說 老 人 具 大 智 慧 ， 但 要 勘 破 心 魔 這 一 關 ， 談 何 容 易 ！

我最近在看一本書： “Fit For The Fast Track : Surviving and Thriving in Modern Business Life”，是講在併命工作的同時如何Keep Fit：包括生理(吃、運動) 和心理。作者是兩夫婦 Juliette McGannon & Michael McGannon，他們在INSEAD 等 business schools辨 Executives Health Management Program。
剛看到一章叫Worrying Effectively，以下列一段文字開始：
The paradox of our time in history is that we have taller buildings, but shorter tempers; wider freeways, but narrower viewpoints. We spend more, but have less; we buy more, but enjoy it less. We have bigger houses and smaller families; more conveniences, but less time; we have more degrees, but less sense; more knowledge, but less judgments; more experts but more problems; more medicine, but less wellness. We drink too much, smoke too much, spend too recklessly, laugh too little, drive too fast, get too angry too quickly, stay up too late, get up too tired, read too seldom, watch TV too much, and pray too seldom. We have multiplied our possessions, but reduced our values. We talk too much, love too seldom, and hate too often, We’ve learned how to make a living, but not a life; we’ve added years to life, not life to years. We’ve been all the way to the moon and back, but have trouble crossing the street to meet the new neighbor. We’ve conquered outer space, but not inner space.
